Summer fun brings out the rainbow

"Kids playing near an open fire hydrant" is practically a Chicago photography cliche. But there ways to do something interesting with it. Like trying to capture a moment when a young woman tries to stop the water, sending it flying in all directions. And as it flies, the sunlight is caught in the droplets.
